Rolling waves of auroras

It was amazing to see a beautiful display Aurora Australis that lasted for hours, after months of wait with less solar activities and wet winter season with lots of clouds.
Auroras strengthened its brightness immediately after dusk and towards the end of astronomical twilight. It kept growing and shrinking as it rolled through left to right, with Earth’s rotation.
The auroras were stretching high above the triangle Harbour Cone and the brightly illuminated historical Larnach Castle to its right on top of the hill.
