The first\u00a0tour to see the Aurora Australis was a success with approximately 6 hours of aurora viewing time.<\/p>\n

Project name “Flight to the Light” flew on a Boeing jet 767 to 66 degrees south carrying\u00a0130 passengers.
\nI feel grateful\u00a0to be able to be on this first flight to the aurora band. It was quite special.<\/p>\n

There were huge international response and the flight was featured across mainstream media.<\/p>\n

Photo above was used\u00a0in the Otago Daily Times newspaper,\u00a0TVNZ1, TV3, Ameba news and a few other websites.<\/p>\n
